Return Policy

RETURN/REFUND POLICY

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please return it with your receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase for a refund.

No returns on Sale Items.

To be eligible for a return/refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for return shipping cost except for defective items.

Refunds (if applicable)
At the time your return is received and inspected by All Things Laundry LLC, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return/refund.
If your return is approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only exchange/replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same or comparable item, send an email to customerservice@allthingslaundry.com.
